Chelsea is a real estate agent in the San Diego vicinity who offers long and short-term rental properties. She wanted to develop a visual identity that encompasses her brand's vibe, described as casual, comfortable, modern, and stylish. In the imagery, I incorporated a subtle hint of the beach, while also keeping the details simple and geometric. The bottom portion of the design represents a hammock, signifying comfort and support in the rental and home buying/selling experience.
